Last Saturday I hosted a CETMA open house party at my shop. I got a keg of beer, swept up, and my wife prepared a ton of great food and drinks. Friends flew from San Francisco, and my closest LA friends came over. Family visited, including grandma. Iggy and the Far West Courier crew dropped by. My friend Maiya brought her baby racoon. New faces came to say hi, including some online friends I'd never met. Throughout the day, people wandered in to drink a beer, look around, and move on. I like that. Nice people all day. I'll definitely do this again.
