It's good to be alive, yes?

In 2020 I got a blood clot in my leg and then mistook a terrifying panic attack for a pulmonary embolism. Doctors said to chill, so I paused all CETMA operations.

Simultaneously, a virus called SARS-CoV-2 began spreading around the world. Steel prices went bananas and suppliers shut down. I took time to fulfill backorders and streamline.

Now that things have relatively chilled out, I'm relaunching the CETMA machine with new fuel. But I'm taking it slow. And measured.

I built a new powder-coat operation. All CETMA racks are now powder-coated in-house, by me. This is a massive game-changer - turnaround times have essentially shrunk from over a week to about an hour. My current turnaround time to produce one single powder-coated rack, from cutting tubes to welding, cleaning, powder-coating, packing into a box with a shipping label is about 1.5 hours. Racks are sometimes still warm from the oven when I drop off at UPS a block away.

This also means that CETMA racks can finally be available in various colors of your choice. I've begun procuring the supplies, and new colors - blue, dark green, neon pink, orange, in addition to the standard black and clear-coat colors - are on deck. Pricing details coming soon. Dude, look:
