A swell house and this workshop on an acre in rural Oregon. The closest neighbors are cows and sheep. There's a wood stove and open space for loud music. A large garden is growing and chickens may be coming - we'll see.
There's space for a larger powder-coating operation and storage to minimize clutter in the work zone. Good for brain.
